Questions people ask first
Will the rewrite get past AI detectors?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Detectors guess, they disagree with each other, and they change. What we do is point at the sentences that read like machine output and rewrite them the way a person would. Our how it works page shows what we look for.
Do you keep the text I paste?
No. Checking runs on our server and the text goes nowhere. A rewrite is the one step where your text leaves, because we have to send it to our model provider to rewrite it. We don't store it, and we don't read it. Privacy has the details.
How do I cancel?
Reply to your purchase email and say stop, or write to support@shovelscout.com from the address you paid with. We cancel it and you keep the rest of the month you paid for. No phone call, no form.
What shows on my card statement?
A charge from Paddle, our reseller and the merchant of record for the order. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and any refund.
Is there a yearly plan?
No. Monthly only, so you can stop whenever you want.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full. Refund policy has the wording, and the terms of use cover the rest.
